To fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information for a custom order, if you contact me directly.
I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements. I generally keep your data for the following time period: 1 year. You may request me to retain your data longer if you wish to be notified of specific items or colors in the future.
I can do custom orders regarding general color and size of the product. With glass blowing, there are slight changes in color based on many factors such as some color combinations react differently with each other than other colors. Also some colors may change slightly while they are cooling. Custom orders will take at least 2 weeks to make, as I rent studio time. Before I agree to accept a custom order we will discuss your timeline and my ability to meet it.
